The James Bond films of the '60s inspired many bad films, but "DANGER: DIABOLIK" is one of the rarities that was good.  John Phillip Law stars as Diabolik, a master thief sought after by the authorities, but seemingly unstoppable.  While he has little conscience, he has a weakness,...the love of a beautiful woman, Eva.  Based on a comic book, its origins are explored with some surprises, in one of the extras offered on this release.

PARAMOUNT has preserved the film's 1.85:1 aspect ratio with 16:9 enhancement. It's stunning! Colors are solid and extremely vibrant throughout, perfectly capturing the comic book look Bava intended!

PARAMOUNT has provided a mono mix, which, while adequate, suffers in spots from fidelity limitations.
